July 27, 28, 29, and 30, 2000 (Thursday through Sunday)

We spent 4 days with my daughter, Katie and her husband, John in Tipp City, OH. We read some books, repaired the bike painters, went to a movie, church and just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves with our daughter and her husband. I also replaced the cleats on the bottom of my shoes because after 3,000 miles they were worn out and making a clicking sound on each revolution of the bicycle pedals. On Thursday we had lunch with some of Katie’s friends from work and then my daughter from Germantown, WI stopped on her way to a Honda motorcycle rally in Marysville, OH. Barbara, Scott and four friends arrived in time to share dinner with us at a Mexican restaurant.
