Seaside, OR - Rest Day

We slept in today. At 8:00 AM we went to the motel lobby for breakfast afterwards we walked to a factory discount mall which we were told opened at 9:00 AM. We arrived at 9:20 to find out that the mall opened at 10:00 AM. We waited until the stores opened and then Mary Kay and Jane began to shop and shop and shop. At 11:30 AM we finally began to leave the mall and head back to the motel. We stopped at the Seaside Library and tried to check our e-mails but they did not have any computers available until 12:00 noon the time we had to checkout of our motel. We exited one motel and moved into a World Mart condo. After getting settled we walked around until we found a pizza place where we ate lunch and then walked to the Seaside museum. After the museum George, Jane, and Mary Kay headed to Safeway to buy food while Jim walked back to the condo and on to the Lewis and Clark Salt Works.

Jim took a couple of pictures and then headed back to the condo. We cooked and ate a pasta supper (which was very good) and then we watched the hockey game playoffs. It was nice to have a home cooked meal.
