Grieving On March 13, 2002 my wife and best friend passed away.

I made this page to help others along with myself deal with the pain of grief. The pain of losing someone close can feel unbearable. I have found that by reading other people's stories it made it easier to me to understand my feelings. I hope this page will help others just as other web pages have helped me.

- In-laws should be sure to let the survivor know they are still part of the family
Things not to say:
- Losing a spouse is not as bad as...
- You need to get on with your life
- At least you didn't have children
